Trimester 2

So I am now 13 weeks and in my second trimester. I don't know how it happened but its like a got fat overnight. Yesterday my pants were a little tight and today I have this pooch. Well, I have always had a pooch, I mean, I am an Armstrong and we do really well with big tummies. But all of a sudden I can't hold it in anymore- it just sticks out. I knew this was going to happen and that its kind of the way pregnancy works, but I am not ready to be fat and have all my clothes not fit.


I had a major pregnancy day yesterday. I don't know what got in to me, but I was complaining up the wazoo. And to top it off, I started having this huge craving for a ham sandwich. I was laying on the love sack saying to Curtis "I really need a ham sandwich". Then it became "Its hot in here, I am tired, Are you ready to go yet? I REALLY NEED A HAM SANDWICH!!!!!" Yeah, it was a little much, incredibly dramatic and over the top. It wasn't my fault though, its the fault of this baby growing inside me.



We went and saw the third Twilight last night. I think it was a moderate form of torture for Curtis. It was just a little to slow for his liking....or rather a LOT too slow. I thought it was ok.



I went to church by myself for the 4th week on a row. I don't like that my hubby has to work so many Sundays. I came home and took a two hour nap. I am so not ready for the summer to be over. Today is it...its history....kiss it goodbye...! My students don't start for a week, but I have meetings all this week including meet the parents on Tuesday. I don't think I am going to be able to hide the fact that I am pregnant. Then again, maybe they will just think I am getting fat :-)
