Keepin' Busy

It has been a while since I have updated the blog. I just remembered that I was going to put pictures of the house on here. Well, I have yet to hang most of the pictures (and clean it up) so those will have to wait. Since we moved in I have been keeping myself busy finding projects to do. Here are some of them.

This is a bench we bought at a garage sale. I sanded it and then stained it almost all by myself.


Got out my crafty side and painted these to hang in Brooklyn's room. I also made this bulletin board for some family pictures in the guest room.



Here is Brooke's room. I think it turned out pretty cute, but of course there is still more to come- like hang the pictures!


We did a little photo shoot for Halloween. It is getting harder to take her pictures because she is getting so mobile.



Thanks to Aunt Lacey, she gets to wear this adorable costume and be Thumper for Halloween.


Last but not least, the thing that is keeping me the busiest is...

I went upstairs for about 3 minutes today and when I came back down, she had climbed up two steps. She is loving the fact that she can pull herself to a standing position and then move around.

Brooklyn and I just went on a trip to Pennsylvania to visit her Armstrong aunts, uncles, and cousins. Somehow I unfortunately lost the pictures off of my memory card. These are a few that I printed that I didn't send away. Sad Day :-( We still had such a great time!
